Registration will open Monday, May 11th and close May 14th

Open to any GMAPA team that played:

• All three sessions and lost in the final of any of the three session playoffs.
• A team that has played all three sessions and has lost its qualification.

This tournament is designed to fill any byes in the World Qualifier 16 team bracket. If there are no byes, no tournament will take place. This will be a modified single elimination tournament.

At most, one team per format per year, will advance to the WQ.

Both 8-Ball and 9-Ball will happen on the same day.

The number of teams entered will dictate the table size. It will be possible that we will use both 7ft and 9ft tables.

Double - ups are not allowed.

You are not allowed to actively play two matches at the same time. If you play on multiple teams, you will need to schedule your time accordingly. If two teams that you participate on face each other, you will need to sit out.

Teams will not have to pay the regular league fee ($55) per match. Instead, a one time team entry of $50.

Greens fees will be based on matches played, not the standard $30 per match. Teams only pay for matches played, $6 per person, per match.

These fees should be split evenly between teammates.

Fewer teams will mean a later start time. Actual start time will be set by Thursday, May 14th.
