UPDATE: First Release of Sun-Thurs Divisions is Now Complete!

This is not the official release, please see below for more details.

The purpose of posting early is to give teams the opportunity to highlight any changes, corrections, or updates.
Please note that Accounting and SLs may not be fully up to date until we post the official release shortly before the session begins.

Friendly reminder YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR HOST LOCATION AFTER THE SESSION HAS STARTED!

Please email any changes, corrections, etc (include team name/number).

Please see the dates below for key timelines leading up to the official release of division schedules.

  • Once posted if you don’t see your team and are returning let us know, see below for when divisions for the fall session should be visible.
  • If you see your team and something isn’t correct let us know.
    • Teams that don't mark their team "Not Returning" or inform the League Office are then marked as "Returning" after the regular session ends (see bylaws).
  • Teams CANNOT change host locations (read OTM under "Host Locations") if you have not notified the league office before the official schedule has been released (see dates below). Changes need to be into the league office no later than 1 day prior to the official release.
  • Pre-Release Dates:
    • Tues - Thurs Divisions will be first released by Fri Aug 1st.
    • Sun - Mon Divisions will be first released by Tues Aug 5th.
  • Official Start of the Session Release Dates:
    • Tues - Thurs Divisions start of the session official release will be Fri Aug 8th.
    • Sun - Mon Divisions start of the session official release will be Tues Aug 12th.
    • Schedules may change so be sure to turn notifications on in member services and/or check schedules before the first night of league
    • Teams that haven't already communicated they are not returning through the correct channels and don't send an email (sandiego@apaleagues.com) indicating they are dropping by Thurs Aug 7th (Tues-Thurs divisions) or Mon Aug 11th (Sun-Mon divisions) will be responsible for the 1st night of league and subject to other action.
  • Teams can use scorekeeper to make roster changes (except captain, co-captain or singles qualified players) once divisions are posted.
    • You can also send those changes to the league office if preferred (via email, until the session has started then text is ok).
    • We recommend teams don't pay any weeks including week 1 ahead of time until the official start of the session schedule is posted (see above) due to possible changes.
  • First night of the Summer session is Tues Aug 12th which will be posted first, all other nights will follow.

Please send an email (sandiego@apaleagues.com) with any updates, please include all necessary details so we ensure to make the right changes.

*In member services you will need to select Fall 2025 to see these released divisions (see above for when divisions will be released). If you don't see your team or that you are on your expected team please contact your captain. If they confirm it was an oversight either the captain or player can contact us to update the roster or scorekeeper can be used in most cases as well.
