Requesting Pre-Play (early) Matches

Teams that need a future scheduled match released early (Pre-Play) so they can use scorekeeper must email/text the league office with the following.

  • Team Name and/or Number.
  • Week of Play you want released early.

The League Office can only release future weeks based on the following:

Teams that play Tues, Wed and Thurs night: we can only post on Fri so requests must be in by end of day Thurs.

Teams that play Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon night: we can only post on Tues so requests must be in by end of day Mon.

*If you miss the window of time you will have to wait until the following week.

*Teams can keep a match on paper if they miss a window and enter the score once the match is released.

Double Posting - Rule of the Week

Situation: Both teams only have 4 players, what happens in the 5th match? When both teams have to double post a player, who gets to pick the player? Teams do not get to pick their own players. In this situation, whoever is scheduled to post next (according to alternate posting throughout the night) is the team who must pick a player from the opposing team first. Situation: My player that is shooting has only played for a short period of time and has a rules question while at the table. Am I allowed to state/clarify the rule while it is still their turn? Yes, some examples of comments that are NOT considered coaching are: Answering a player’s question concerning rules. The player should be clear to both teams they are asking for a rule clarification vs ne
