Sun-Thurs Fall Divisions will be posted between Aug 21-25!

This will not be the final release, see details below.

The purpose of us posting early is so that teams can highlight changes, corrections, etc. 

Accounting and SLs may not be up to date until we post the final release just before the session starts.

Friendly reminder YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR HOST LOCATION AFTER THE SESSION HAS STARTED!

Please email or text any changes, corrections, etc (include team name/number).

  • Once posted if you don’t see your team and are returning let us know. 
  • If you see your team and something isn’t correct let us know.
    • Teams that don't mark their team "Not Returning" or inform the League Office are then marked as "Returning" after the regular session ends (see bylaws).
  • Teams CANNOT change host locations (read OTM under "Host Locations") if you have not notified the league office by 8/29 of the change.
  • We will be reposting/updating these divisions again before the start to pick up any last-minute changes, misses, corrections, etc.
    • Schedules may change so be sure to turn notifications on in member services and/or check schedules before the first night of league
    • The official start of the session schedule for all divisions will be released as follows:
      • Tues, Wed and Thurs = 8/30 (normal Fri post day for these divisions)
      • Sun and Mon = 9/3 (normal Tues post day for these divisions)
      • Teams that haven't already communicated they are not returning through the correct channels and don't send an email (sandiego@apaleagues.com) indicating they are dropping by 8/29 will be responsible for the 1st night of league and subject to other action.
  • Teams can use scorekeeper to make roster changes (except captain, co-captain or singles qualified players) once divisions are posted.
    • You can also send those changes to the league office if preferred (via email).
  • First night of the Fall session is Tues Sept 3rd, all other nights will follow.

*In member services you will need to select Fall 2024 to see these released divisions. If you don't see your team or that you are on your expected team please contact your captain. If they confirm it was an oversight either the captain or player can contact us to update the roster or scorekeeper can be used in most cases as well.


Summer Session 2026 is Around the Corner

Be(e) On The Lookout Summer Session is Starting April 29th Sunday–Thursday divisions will be released twice before the session begins. First, we will do an early release for preview, followed by the official start-of-session release. The purpose of posting early divisions is to give teams a chance to review and request any needed changes before the official Summer Session schedules are released.
