Fundamentals/Rhythm/Mental Game

Safeties/Shot Selection/Ball Control

Stop/Draw/English/9 points

Banking/Kicking/3 Rails

My understanding is this is not allowed that they have to keep the butt of their cue at or below shoulder height.
