Qualifier Date: Qualifer set for 3/14, depending on interest.We may have a drawing for the slot instead.

Cost breakdown: You will receive 100% of entry fees toward these costs if you win and IF we hold a qualifier. Without a full pot or a drawing your team will be responsible for the remainder/full amount of these costs. 

• Nights - 3 Rooms - $1200 
• Airfare: $200 Per Person 
• Golden Gate APA wil cover greens and tournament fees, at least. Be prepared as you may be asked to cover the room and travel costs on your own. 

Rules Summary for Participation (Full rules linked below):

1. You must be a female, as designated on your ID, and at least 18 years of age to participate.
2. Team members must be from the same League area.
3. Players who do not participate on a Ladies Division roster must have at least twenty (20) 8-Ball League match scores within the two-year period between March 10, 2024 and March 10, 2026.
4. Players must be on an active (Spring Session) APA roster in any 8-Ball format in the League from which they qualified.
5. Matches will not be postponed due to a player’s participation in multiple events. (Some events have restrictions if youre enrolled in multiple formats at the Poplayers Championship. This event does not, however, they will not hold a scheduled match for you either.)
6. Teams may choose any 3 of the 5 team members to participate in each match. 
7. The total of the skill levels of the 3 players fielded in any team match cannot exceed 13.

Note: 100% of the Entry fees will be given to the winning team for travel assistance. If there is not enough participation to cover the Travel assistance needed, teams will be allowed to opt out of the event 48 hours prior. If you sign up for the tournament and do not give the league 48 hours notice and do not show up for the event your team will be responsible for the Entry Fee.

Please only register 3 ladies for the qualifier. You will be able to add 2 additional teammates to go with you.
