Rules for participation:

Players cannot participate in the 8-Ball Doubles Championship, the 8-Ball Classic or the Wheelchair Championship.

1. To be eligible to participate in this Tournament each team must consist of one male, and one female, as designated by the player’s ID, whose Highest Skill Levels, when added together, must equal, or be less than, 10. The advancing team will be allowed to start this Tournament with a combined skill level of eleven (11) or twelve (12) (if players go up); however, the qualifying tournament’s bracket must be submitted with the team’s entry, or the team will not be eligible. If the team’s combined skill level exceeds the maximum, one or both players must be replaced, prior to the Tournament, to reduce the combined skill level to ten (10) or below.

3. The team members must be from the same League area and must each must have at least 20 8-Ball scores within the two years preceding March 3, 2025. Note: If you do not meet this requirement but expect to have 20 games by March 3rd, you may participate. However, if you do not make 20 games by March 3rd the team will be disqualified and the spot will go to the next team.

4.Players must be on an active (Spring Session) APA roster in any 8-Ball format in the League from which they qualified.

5. Players cannot participate in the 8-Ball Classic, the 8-Ball Doubles Championship

Note: 100% of the Entry fees will be given to the winning team for travel assistance. If there is not enough participation to cover the Travel assistance needed, teams will be allowed to opt out of the event 48 hours prior. If you sign up for the tournament and do not give the league 48 hours notice and do not show up for the event your team will be responsible for the Entry fee.
