Weekly League Scoresheets, Weekly Fees and Membership Fees (Effective starting Summer Session 2022)

The following is now the required method to submit scoresheets and dues.

If you haven’t already, make sure you and your teammates claim their member services account at join.poolplayers.com.

  1. Keep score on a paper APA scoresheet or use the APA Scorekeeper app. You can print a paper scoresheet from your member services account. You will have the option to print your scoresheet AND your opponent's scoresheet, so make sure you print the correct one. Keep in mind that new players added to a team must be in the APA system before you can add them to your roster in the Scorekeeper app. So, keep your paper scoresheet handy. And keep your paper scoresheet for at least 2 weeks just in case.
  2. Submit your scoresheet electronically no later than the day after you play your match. This is done automatically if you are using the APA Scorekeeping app. If you are keeping score on a paper scoresheet, scan the scoresheet using any scanning app such as Adobe Scan, CamScanner or similar app. Scans must be in PDF format (no photos), completely readable and full screen scoresheet (no outside tables tops, clipboards, etc. in scan). Scan both sides of 9-Ball. Email the PDF scan to jbond.apa@gmail.com. DO NOT send multiple scans of the same sheet. Pick the best scan and submit that one scan only.
  3. Pay your $40 weekly fees through your member services account only (not PayPal). If you are paying annual membership fees, each player can pay their membership through their member services account. Although not recommended, you may mail membership money to the League Office (APA, PO Box 1033, McCook, NE 69001). Note on your scoresheet that membership was mailed. Memberships must have an automated USPS postmark the day after play to avoid late fees. DO NOT use PayPal to pay memberships. If you do, you will be charged an additional $5 per membership.
  4. If you are late paying weekly fees, the link to pay on member services will not be available for that week after we process. When that happens, pay weekly fees and late fees on our PayPal link at http://PayPal.me/APApool

If you need assistance, please call the APA League Office at 308-350-8697 or text 402-287-4815. Failure to follow procedure, provide a complete and easily readable scoresheet scan or dues the day following play will result in a penalty of $5 per day or per instance. In other words, if we must halt our workday to contact you for another scan, you will be penalized. So, make sure you examine your scoresheet scan carefully before emailing. Or, you will always have a perfect scoresheet using the Scorekeeper app! You do need a data connection to use this app.
