New League Year: Summer Session Starts the Week of May 25th.
Call 416-409-9783 to Form/Join a Team Today!
Please refer to the APA Scorekeeper App Post for everything related to using the Scorekeeper App. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your league operator, Julie Rambali, at 416-409-9783.
- After your league night matches are completed, please return the rack of pool balls to the front desk. If you continue to play after your matches are over, the host locations may charge the hourly rate.
- If you would like to receive a pin for 8/9 Off the Break and/or 8/9 Break & Run instead of a ticket ballot(s), you must fill out the following form every time you've earned it and if you don’t ever fill out the form, you will automatically be entered into the ticket ballot draw (1 pin = 1 ticket ballot): www.cpapool.ca/pin
Requested pins will be dropped off to your host location in a grey CPA envelope within 1-2 weeks with a text confirmation.
- Double-play is only allowed for 1 player per format and teams may only exercise this option four (4) times in a session and may not in the last four (4) weeks of the session or in post session play.
- If your team plans to reschedule or pre-play matches due to inclement weather or have conflicts with other pre-qualified CPA/APA obligations, you must notify the Local League Office immediately for a date, time, and location to complete the match(es). All rescheduled or pre-play matches must be completed all together on another day designated by the Local League Office. Without approval, the double-play and/or forfeit option must be used if teams are short a few players.
- Division Schedules can change with a Bye being filled so please always have your team ready to play with a 48 hour notice. The Local League Office will inform you.
- Drinking alcohol in the parking lot of Host Locations during weekend Tournaments and weekly league play or bringing it into the venue is prohibited. It will lead to all participants no longer being welcome at the Host Location. At Monte Carlo Billiards and JJQs Billiards, after your matches are over, all pool balls must be returned to the front desk, jump shots are not allowed, no masse with the cue above the shoulder, and no equipment to be rested or left on top of the pool tables.
