All players must be active on a standard team roster in the CPA Toronto/Peel Region and must have 20 matches played in the last 2 years in the particiapting format by the date of the tournament to be eligible.

• Players may only be on 1 team within an event (across all league areas) but may play in multiple events if they wish.
• 9-Ball Standard Format Team Event
  - Registration on Sunday at 1:30pm, 2:30pm Opening Ceremonies, 3:00pm Start Time.
  - Finals will be on Tuesday around 4pm.
  - 2 Nights lodging for Sunday & Monday nights, Table Time for event, and Commemorative Poker Chip included.
  - 128 teams, modified Single Elimination, all teams guaranteed at least 3 chances to play (main event and/or 2nd chance tournament).
  - 2nd Chance is a Toledo Style tournament for the first 32 teams out.
  - Teams will be playing on 2 tables for this event.
