All CPA Toronto/Peel teams are now fully using the APA Scorekeeper App! Starting Spring Session 2025, envelopes with printed scoresheets will no longer be available at host locations. Upon arrival at the host location, let the front desk staff know your team name in order to receive 1 rack of pool balls and a table assignment (green fees applicable).
Full Team fees ($50 for 8-Ball Only, $50 for 9-Ball Only, or $100 for Double Jeopardy (8-Ball & 9-Ball)) must be sent via Email Money Transfer (EMT) to admin@cpapool.ca with the team name in the EMT description. EMT must be sent by either the Captain or 1 designated player on the team by the end of the night or next day by 11:30am. The Captain or designated player can still collect all fees from everyone by cash or EMT directly to them.
Matches on the Scorekeeper App must be submitted by the end of the night or the next day by 11:30am.
If you have any questions during league night using the APA Scorekeeper App, please call your League Operator, Julie Rambali, at 416-409-9783.
- Go to your mobile App Store and download the APA Scorekeeper App. Members must have a Member Services login to access the APA Scorekeeper App because it's the same username and password. If you're a member and don't have a Member Services account setup, please use this link to claim your account: cpapool.ca/claim-account. Contact your League Operator if you need further help.
- DO NOT use the Scorekeeper App until the actual match begins! These matches are live. If you score the match and submit it for "practice" it will no longer be available for you to score on league night! You may connect to Wifi or use data (uses very minimal data).
- Please make sure the score is the same as the other scorekeeper before ending each rack, and innings are as close as possible with the other scorekeeper. DO NOT "Submit Scores" until all 5 matches are officially over and you've confirmed the final score with the other scorekeeper because once you "Submit Scores", you can no longer edit them. It's highly recommended to sit near the other scorekeeper so you know that you're marking the same match number and learning from each other.
- For Double Jeopardy & Split Table Divisions, 2 mobiles and 2 scorekeepers are required per team. For Split Table Divisions, please communicate with the other scorekeeper to make sure the same match numbers are being marked on before proceeding. Be sure to read in the Scorekeeper Help & FAQs below on "How do I take over scoring a match?" because 2 teammates can't score the same match at the same time. Tablets connected to Wifi are very useful to avoid having to take over a match and also for teammates who want to learn but may not have a smartphone.

TEAMS ALREADY QUALIFIED FOR THE WORLD QUALIFIER (REGIONALS) MUST GET LOCAL LEAGUE OFFICE APPROVAL FOR "ANY" ROSTER CHANGES BEFORE WEEK 4 OF THE SPRING SESSION AND MUST NOT BE MADE ON THE SCOREKEEPER APP.
BEFORE WEEK 4, only Team Captains can make Roster Changes on the Scorekeeper App.
If you would like to add a brand NEW player, text their First & Last Name, and Date of Birth to the Local League Office at 416-409-9783 at least 3 hours prior to league night OR they can join online at cpapool.ca/join and pay their annual membership fee of $33.90. You can then search their name and add them to your roster.
AFTER WEEK 4, any roster changes must be requested by the Team Captain at least 3 hours prior to league night by texting the Local League Office at 416-409-9783. All members must renew their membership before added and brand NEW players must pay their membership right after their 1st match.
- Members must pay their annual membership fee of $33.90 before they play their 2nd match or by Week 4 (whichever comes first) otherwise, the system will drop them from the roster. They can rejoin once they've paid their membership fee. If you're a member and don't have a Member Services account setup, please use this link to claim your account: cpapool.ca/claim-account. Contact your League Operator if you need further help.
- The deadline to make roster changes for teams not already qualified for the World Qualifier (Regionals) is around Week 7 (this deadline may vary on a case by case basis). After Week 7, Local League Office approval is required.
- 3-Point Scoring System: Player A wins with a shutout; they win 3-0. Player A wins, but Player B wins a game, Player A gets 2-0. Player A wins, but Player B makes it to the hill, the split is 2-1.
If there are temporary Scorekeeper App issues during league night, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. If that happens, please use a blank scoresheet template provided by your host location, a blank piece of paper, or your phone's notepad to keep score until the issue has been resolved. Then the next day or same night when the Scorekeeper App issue has been resolved, please transfer scores onto the Scorekeeper App and submit it.
