Winning team will receive airfare, 1 hotel room for 4 days & 3 nights at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, and paid entry into the 2026 APA National 8-Ball Doubles Championships in Las Vegas (April 28-May 1, 2026).

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! Go to cpapool.ca/8doubles and register. If your registration has been confirmed, you'll receive a text with further instructions within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation text then you are on the waiting list. Please be patient and if a spot opens up, we will be in contact with the next team on the waiting list.

Deadline to make roster changes is the Thursday prior to the qualifier by 9pm. Refund will be given only with a 48 hour cancellation notice and only if there is a team on the waiting list that can make it.

  • All players must be from the CPA Toronto/Peel region.
  • All players must be on an active 8-Ball team with 20 (twenty) 8-Ball matches played in the last 2 years by the date of the qualifier. Players are responsible for checking this requirement in Member Services under Stats.
  • Any combination of players with a combined skill level limit of 10. Scotch Doubles (Alternate Shot). Modified Single Elimination.
  • If skill levels increase and the combined skill level goes over the max 10 limit the week before the date of the qualifier, 1 partner will need to be changed.
  • WINNING TEAM: Slot holds no cash value and cannot be sold. Winning team must attend or the runner up will receive the slot. If one player on the winning team cannot attend, the remaining player must choose 1 player from the runner up team that totals a combined skill level limit of 10. Winning players must be on an active 8-Ball team roster and cannot participate in any other local Doubles qualifier. Singles 9-Ball Shootout winners cannot participate in this qualifier.
  • Runner ups at this tournament will be entered into a draw to buy a slot if extras become available on the waiting list.

Online registration will open up approximately 5 Fridays prior to the tournament date under News. Spots will not be saved in advance (you must register online once it opens up).
