I have recently received NUMEROUS complaints from players reagrding Host locations giving out incentives to play at their location. Examples are free table time to the home team, visiting teams table time paid directly to the home team which in turn uses that money to offset their league fees and free food. Host locations can offer any incentives that they like, they just have to be offered to ALL APA players and not just the home team. Please review the Rule book , Page 25, Section 13 WHO PAYS FOR THE GAMES and Page 40, Section 30, PLAYERS RECEIVING INCENTIVES. Visiting teams table time/greens fees MUST either be put into the table or paid at the register. Visiting teams will NOT hand table time/greens fees to the home team captain any longer effective IMMEDIATELY.
