2025 8 and 9 Ball Better Then The Rest Tournaments!

For all the teams that are competing in the Better then the Rest tournament, below are the rules.

When: Sunday, May 18th, 

Time: Registration 12:30pm, Start 1pm

Where: Outlaws Saloon, Forney, TX.

Entry Fee: $30 per team

Qualified Teams: Are all teams that played in the Summer 2024, Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 Tri Annuals, and did not win a slot into the 2025 World Qualifier, are invited to participate in this tournament. Teams must have maintained 4 of original players from qualified session roster into spring session. Eligible players must have achieved 6 minimum matches in spring session AND still remain active in TCT team in that format. 

Single Elimination Bracket

2 winners from each format will win a slot into the 2025 TCT World Qualifier.

3 person roster, per round, with a max combined skill level of 15.  You can pick any three for each round just like regular league night, Tri Annuals or World Qualifier.  

1 time out per rack per player.

Best out of three matches, 1 point per match won, 2 points wins the round.   

8 Ball Sudden Death will be at 1 hour and 45 minutes after start time.  

9 Ball Sudden Death will be at 1 hour after start time.

Depending on 9 Ball amount of Spring teams that want to enter in this event, we may have to go into another night of play beyond Sunday. We will keep you posted.
