2026-2027 Local Bylaws 

PLEASE read the Rules and Bylaws BEFORE contacting the office with questions that are clearly outlined in these locations. Answers to questions such as when you can change a roster, how many matches a player needs, replay and forfeit rules are all in the links above. 

The 8-ball doubles division matches for September IS an approved make up month. The last day to drop your envelope is October 1, 2026. If you need an extension, you must get approval from the office.

The Masters and Ladies division matches for August is an approved make up month.The last day to drop your envelope is October 15, 2026. If you need an extension, you must get approval from the office.

100 and 250 Lifetime match patches can be requested on the scorekeeper notes. If you have earned one of these lifetime achievement patches and would like to receive it, please request it on the scoresheet. Thank you!

Sometimes we have APP issues and you will need to revert back to paper scoresheets. If you would like blank scoresheets, please note your electronic scoresheet with a note to "send blank scoresheets". I'll be happy to deliver some with the following weeks envelope. In addition, all host locations should have a Triad APA "Play book" with blank scoresheets and blank envelopes. If your location doesn't have them handy, please also let me know and I'll send out to the location with the next pick up and delivery.

Patches will not be sent out if you send it via text message or email. All patches earned and requested must be noted on the weekly scoresheet. If thye are not noted in the week earned, you will need to add them to the following week.

Oct. 16-18 Carolina Classic

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ. The Tournament registration opens 14 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid. This also means there is no registration the day of an event. You can find on line registration rules HERE
