2026-2027 Local Bylaws 

PLEASE read the Rules and Bylaws BEFORE contacting the office with questions that are clearly outlined in these locations. Answers to questions such as when you can change a roster, how many matches a player needs, replay and forfeit rules are all in the links above. 

Week 14 starts on 11/1/2026 - There are no roster changes for any team for any reason in the last 4 weeks of the session.

Thanksgiving matches need to be pre-played - There are no make up matches permitted at this point of the session. Please check with your host location for Holiday hours. We are not responsible for a locations hours, they are so it's best to ask them when they will be open or closed for the holiday. The office will be closed on Thanksgiving and as always, Friday-Sunday. 

If your team is past due, please get the fees paid. You can find it in Red under your team name on the scorekeeper app where you get yuor scoresheets. You are expected to pay FULL TEAM FEES every week at the completion of the match. Those that have remained consistant with a pst due balance will be notified to electy a new team captain to handle fees moving into the Spring session. 

The 8-ball doubles division matches for November IS an approved make up month. The last day to drop your envelope is December 3, 2026. If you need an extension, you must get approval from the office. 

Master divisions - matches for November are NOT an approved make up month.The last day to drop your envelope is December 3, 2026. This is the last month of play for this division. There are no Masters matches for December and Playoffs will be in January. Once the division is complete, I'll post playoff information.

Ladies Division - Matches for November are NOT an apporved make up month. The last day to drop your envelope is December 3, 2026. You do have matches scheduled for December and you are welcome to pre-play them. There are NO Make up matches allowed for December!!! I will need to get playoff stuff done for January and the division needs to be finalized for that to happen.

Triad APA plays memberships for employees, host location owners that are on active rosters, ref earned memberships and those that have 1250 matches at the end of the Fall (this current session). We do not pay memberships until after December 1, 2026 when the year end processing is complete by the Corporate Office. If you earned a free membership, be patient and let us pay it. If you pay your membership, we DO NOT reimburse you.

Nov. 7 - Turkey Shoot 9-ball Dbls event

Nov. 19 - Captain/Co-captain Appreciation event

Dec. 13 - Masters, Ladies and 8-ball Doubles division registration opens.

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ. The Tournament registration opens 14 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid. This also means there is no registration the day of an event. You can find on line registration rules HERE
