Triad APA Members,

I'm Back and finally getting settled back into the swingof things. 

Again, I thank you for your patience as I get caught up from being away. At the same time, We are preparing for our upcoming WQ and there is alot to do to get ready and we want to provide you the best experience possible.

1. The Event Progam, Round Schedule and Bracket is posted on the APP and shared to Facebook. Find your team name on the bracket and the number listed (example: 8401) is your match number. Then, find that number on the round schedule and that is the time you rround plays. Please make sure you are familiar with the rules and the eligibility requirements. 

2. All the past due fees are up to date through week 7. If you have a past due balance, please get it paid. I also have adjusted bonus points for those that are past due.

3. Anyone being added to the roster (Since it is after week 6) will not be eligible for playoffs or triannuals regardless on the number of matches played. They will be removed from the roster prior to playoffs.

4. Any matches unplayed from weeks 1 -5 have been scored with what matches were played and the remainder are double forfeits. I would like to take this time to remind you - According to the bylaws, you have 2 weeks to make up a match. If you need an additional week you MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE or I will double forfeit the matches. 

5. We will not send out any patches that are not noted in the comment section of the scoresheet. Please note it the following week if you forgot. They willnot be sent out from text messages, facebook messages, emails, notes in the envelope etc. ONLY if they are noted in the comment section of the ESS.
