First, I want to thank you all for your patience with me during these last couple of weeks.I've tried to answer you all and get you information as quickly as I could, it's been a difficult couple of weeks for me and my family. Thank you for all your condolences, I really appreciate you taking the time to think of me.

WEEK 8 - Now that it is after week 6, Any player added to a team will NOT be eligible for playoffs or Summer Triannual, Regardless of the number of matches they play. In addition, a player must have a paid 2025 annual membership to be added. I can not add players that are not paid.

Division Champ and MVP for Spring 2025 have been delivered. If you haven't received them, please check with the location to see if they have your awards. Also, Thank you to Mickey Farmer for delivering the Winstom area. Adam Crouch for delivering Red Zone, Busters and Galaxy. Sharon Dusel for delivering Shooters and GCBC. I appreaciate your help more than you know.

The rest of the holiday weeks scoresheets will be released on the APP tonight and Tomorrow. Some of these may be PAST the week 10 make up match deadline...That means they MUST BE PREPLAYED. I will NOT extend the make up deadline.

If you are requesting PRE-RELEASED Scoresheets - PLEASE include the week number so we know what week you need.

Let's talk about patches...We are more than happy to provide you A PATCH that you earned. We will only hand it out one time so it is your responsibility to get it from the team envelope. Here is a list of ALL Patches available . The only way to receive a patch is to note it in the comments section of the scoresheet. If you forget to do it, you will need to note it on the following week. We can not hand out patches if it is not noted on the comments section of the scoresheet. Lifetime achievment (100/250/500/750/1000) match patches are handind out at the end of the session.

We will have some new changes coming in the 2025-2026 league year! We already introduced the "undefeated award" at the suggestion of one of our players. Criteria for achieving that award is to go undefeated on a team with a minimum of 8 matches. This plaque and patch are handed out at the end of the session.

Past Due fees: You are to pay the team fee when the match is completed. If your team shows a past due balance, it's because we didn't received the team fee for that match.

If you reruited a new player: Please note the bottom of the scoresheet with your name and the recruited players name. A free play card will be sent out in the envelope anytime throught the session - You can only claim your incentive in the current session (summer session in this case). Deadline to request this is July 17, 2025.

If you put a new team in: This incentive is paid after week 6 and a recruit form MUST BE SUBMITTED. CLICK HERE FOR THE FORM You can only claim your incentive in the current session (Summer session in this case). Deadline to submit this form in July 31, 2025.

8-ball Dbls: June IS NOT an approved make up week. If you need to reshedule, you MUST contact the office for approval. Otherwise, it will be a double forfeit. Matches Must be turned in no later than June 19. Otherwise, it's a double forfeit. 8-BALL DOUBLES MAKE UP SCHEDULE

May 31 - Red Zone is running a singles qualifier for all skill levels starting a noon.

June 6 - 8 - 8-Ball WQ @ Breaktime new location!! 196 Westwood Village Dr Clemmons, 27012. We should have plenty of space in the new venue and we are looking forward to a great event! No outside food or drink is permitted. They have a huge selection and the food is amazing! I'll be posting the bracket and round schedule this weekend. The Final round will be played Sunday afternoon. We will NOT be having the final round Monday night as we have in the past.

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ and WPE. The Tournament registration opens 14 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid. This also means there is no registration the day of an event. You can find on line registration rules HERE
