CLOSED FRIDAY AND SATURDAY

We will NOT send patches out unless they are noted in the comment section to the League Operator. In order to receive patches, they need to be noted on the scorekeeper. If its not noted the week earned, you will need to add it to the following weeks sheet. I will not send patches out that are sent via text, email, facebook or any other way of communication other than the Scoresheet.

We are heading into week 4 of the session...ANY UNPAID players will be removed from the Roster on Friday, April 26th - That is the end of week 4.

This is the Summer session - That means there are alot of tournaments happening and that means preplays and make up matches. I will be releasing multiple weeks of scoresheets so matches can be preplayed. Some of these matches come after the makeup deadline so YOU MUST PREPLAY.

We will be leaving Wednesday (April 25) for the PPC - the office will be CLOSED. We will be working on limited hours while away. Please text me at 336-542-6866 and I'll get back to you as time permits.

Players attending PPC, need to register on the APP.

April 19 - 21 - 8-ball Spring Session Tri-Annuals @ Breaktime. BRACKET is here. ROUND SCHEDULE is here. All qualifying information and additional information about the event can be found in the Tricup post and e-mail. First round is at 7:00PM Tonight.

April 25 - May 6 - PPC in Las Vegas. We will Be away and working on limited office hours.

May 11 - Masters Finals to be played at Shooters. Information and bracket will be posted by Monday, April 22. Doors will open at 8AM and we will start the event at 9AM.

May 17-19 - 9-ball Spring Session Tri-Annuals @ GCBC

New Ladies and Masters division schedules have been released for the new session starting in May. Approved make-up schedule is here. Please note the date change for December (due to the holiday shutdown) and the final tournament dates. 

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ and WPE. The Tournament registration opens 30 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid.
