8-Ball Doubles for the Month of Oct. IS an approved make-up month due to the "Queen of the South" tournament. All paperwork must be dropped in the box no later than Oct. 30. A reminder, your Feb match paperwork is in your team envelopes. The Feb. match MUST also be completed and dropped in the box by October 30. I have double forfeited matches that are not turned in by the deadline and no communication as to an extension. You must drop the sheets by the deadline OR request an extension from the office.

Masters and Ladies for October are NOT approved make-up weeks and the last drop date for this paperwork is Oct. 30. Please contact the office if you have questions.

We are entering Week 10 of the session on Oct 5th (that is Sunday date). This is the LAST week for make-up matches and they must be turned in by the end of week 12.

Week 12 will be the last day to Replay. So, Starting in week 13 of the session, you must play a full line up or forfeit.

MVP Tournament Participation invitations will be coming out next week. Those wanting to participate willneed to register via the QR code on the invitation.

Patches MUST be noted on the scoresheet notes in order to be handed out. We do not accept patch request any other way. If you forget to make it in the current week, add it to the following weeks sheet.

Nov. 1 - Shoot for the Cure 8-ball Doubles Qualifer. This event qualifies a team to travel to Memphis to compete in the Shoot for the Cure event. Travel assistance provided. Flier coming soon!

Nov. 8 - Summer Session 8-ball and 9-ball MVP Event. This is for the 1st place finishers in each division in each skill level. It is by invitation only! More info to come!

Nov. 14 - 9-Ball Carolina Classic for Runners-up of the 2025 9-ball WPQ - Breaktime Billiards

Nov. 22 - Turkey Shoot out 9-ball dbls event. Max combined skill level 11

Nov. 28 - Black Friday Singles Board Extravaganza!!!! 1/2 price boards run alll day long! More info to come.

All tournaments are online registration on the Triad APA Website except Tricups, WPQ. The Tournament registration opens 14 days prior to the event and once its full, there are no more entries into the event. Those missing sign up will need to go on the waiting list. All information can be found on the attached link. Just a reminder, If you register for the event and do not show up, You will be marked past due the entry fee and can not play league until it is paid.
