Rulebook Definition  

• Scorekeeping 
• During 9-Ball please make sure to have the same ball counts after each rack. (Lots of Scorekeeping have different counts of balls made)
• No need to exchange innings, only if you are not aware of the individual rack
• Marking how a player has won the rack properly (SO8,E8, etc)
• Select Table Sizes Note Type of table if you would like too
• Match Time Guidelines
• Matches should not go past Midnight
• Simple ways to avoid this is be ready when its your turn to shoot
• When placing a player up keep it to 1 minute (This will help)
• Time-Outs as close to the Minute Marker as possible.
• 8-Ball Matches 4 Hours is Suggested
• 9-Ball Matches 3.5 Hours is Suggested
• 15 Minutes Grace Period is only from start of a match. It is not between matches. 

• Payments
• Paying Promptly will result in faster Release of Division Standings. 
• 810 Division has been released on Tuesday after Monday play due to everyone being paid
• Once entire Division is paid I can score the entire Division
