Fall Session Monday-Thursdays

  •  Begin week of August 18
  • No Pool Labor Day & Thanksgiving (Like Normal)

Greene 9 & W Mifflin 8 Starts 

  • August 27 (Looking for more teams)

Session Ends December 8th & Playoffs December 15TH

  • Two Week Break after Fall to Spring (Christmas Break Dec 21-Jan 3) 
  • Fall Tri-Annuals will be End of January/Feb TBD
  • Spring Session January 5

New Teams/Players

  • New Teams send Rosters/Locations
  • Players looking for teams
  • Existing teams all Captain/Co-Captain changes are made VIA office
  • If players are qualifed for Regionals, Captains cannot remove you the office must.
  • If your team is adding a new player please have them signup online
    • If they are a known player with established skills elsewhere notify office

If you have any questions text the office number for fastest responses during these times. Please make sure any Roster issues are cleared up a day before the match.

Tri-Annual Teams

If your team won the playoffs or took first place, please confirm that your team will be at Tri-Annuals on 5-7. Once all teams are confirmed the brackets can be made and set. There is a hotel room block for any player interested in staying at the event. Tri-Annuals Sept 5-7 8-Ball & 9-Ball Location RT 28 Minimum Matches to participate are 4 Matches in Summer Session

Schedules have been released. All players can be modified VIA the Scorekeeper App. If it won't let you drop or add someone contact the office. If some reason I missed a team, please just contact the office and the changes will be made. Mistakes can happen as I have a high call volume while finalizing the schedule.
