All players MUST be on a current CPA roster in either 8/9 Ball format and have 20 lifetime matches & 10 matches played in the last 2 years. NO EXCEPTIONS. 9 ball handicaps will be converted by the CPA office if you don’t have an 8 ball handicap.

Only 1 player is allow to move up in skill level. If both players move up in S/L then the team will dissolve and money paid back.
