If your 8-Ball or 9-Ball team is qualified for the WQ in May/June, 2026 then you have until this week to make sure your rosters are finalized and all players are paid. The Roster you have THIS SESSSION is the roster that plays in the World Qualifier tournament with you (as long as all are eligible). If you have any players who haven't paid their memberships yet then they will be removed before week 5 and you will not be able to add them back. MAKE SURE YOUR ROSTERS ARE FINALZIED THIS WEEK!  

All other teams - ANY player that is not paid will be dropped from the rosters after we score week 4. You will be able to add players back if your team isn't qualified for the WQ - IF THE FOLLOWING IS DONE:

     1 - The player pays their membership on the app or their $30 is sent to the league office.

     2 - You contact Missy or Brianna DURING THE DAY to add the player back. (If you contact us after
the matches have started, you will have to wait until the next day to add them.

     3 - You do this by week 6. The only time players will be added to rosters after week 6 is for team
survival.

SPRING SESSION SCORES REQUIREMENTS:

All players must play 4 matches to be eligible for PLAYOFFS.

All players must play 4 matches AND have at least 6 lifetime scores in that format to be eligible for TRI-CUPS. So basically, all brand new players need 6 scores (weekly play & playoffs count towards the 6)

All players must play 4 matches AND have at least 10 lifetime scores in that format to be eligible for WORLD QUALIFIER. (So all brand new players need at least 10 matches this session - weekly play, playoffs and tri-cup scores count towards the 10 needed)

Lifetime scores are Spring session 2026 matches or before. The summer 2026 matches DO NOT COUNT towards the Spring 2026 tournaments.
