2025 Southrn Tier & UpState NY APA Annual Christmas & Holiday Charity Tournament.

Saturday December 6th @ Post 82 in Endicott

(We may run a few rounds with local teams if we have a larger field or a fun preliminary tournament starting at 7pm Friday.)

Start Time of 9am

Format: 3 Person Toledo Style 9 Ball

Max Skill Level of 17 “WITH A RACE CHART” No More Than One Skill Level 7 Or Higher Per Team. This Is  Meant To Be A Fun Event.

TEAM NAME REQUIRED FOR TOURNAMENT BOARD.

TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM. 

Cost is $60 per team plus a minimum of 1 unwrapped toy for a child. $20 of the entrance fee will be used for table time and donation towards the Veterans. $40 Per Team will be used for the Prize Pool.

(Teams are welcomed to bring more than 1 Toy Per team)

There will be tons of raffles, basket raffles, 50/50’s, giveaways, food and not to mention good times with good people for a great cause.

TO REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT PLEASE FILL OUT A TOURNAMENT ENTRY FORM AND SEND IT TO THE LEAGUE OFFICE WITH THE TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE. TOURNAMENT FORMS CAN BE INCLUDED WITH THE WEEKLY SCORESHEETS. THE REGISTRATION WINDOW WILL CLOSE DECEMBER 1ST.

*The Tournament will be a 3-person Toledo style format. Max skill level of 17 with the lowest person shooting first. A race chart will be used. Players will shoot a rack of 9 ball until the 9 Ball is legally pocketed. Once the 9 is legally pocketed the next player in the rotation will shoot. If the 9 ball should be pocketed early, the remaining balls will become dead balls. The team whose player pockets the 9 ball will break the next rack and so on. The match is over once a team reaches their ball count.
