Be(e) On The Lookout

Summer Session is Starting April 29th

Sunday–Thursday divisions will be released twice before the session begins. First, we will do an early release for preview, followed by the official start-of-session release.

The purpose of posting early divisions is to give teams a chance to review and request any needed changes before the official Summer Session schedules are released.

Please note:

  • Accounting and SLs may not be fully updated until we post the official Session schedules shortly before the session begins.
  • You CANNOT change your host location once the Session has started (see cutoff dates below). If you are considering moving locations or nights, please reach out to us so we are aware and can track this possibility with you.
  • The first night of the Summer Session is Wed, April 29th.
  • For all changes or corrections, please email only: sandiego@apaleagues.com
(Include team name/number and all necessary details.)

Early Release Dates (First Posting of Divisions)

  • Wed-Thurs Divisions: will be released by Fri, Apr 17th
  • Sun-Tues Divisions: will be released by Fri, Apr 21st

Once Divisions Are Posted

  • If you don’t see your returning team, let us know.
  • If you see your team but something isn’t correct, let us know.
    • In both above cases, please check with the captain of the team first.
  • Teams that do not mark themselves “Not Returning” or notify the League Office are automatically marked as Returning after the regular session ends (see bylaws).
  • Host locations cannot be changed unless the League Office is notified before the start of the Session.

Official Start of the Session Dates

  • Wed-Thurs Divisions: will be released by Fri, Apr 24th
  • Sun-Tues Divisions: will be released by Tues, Apr 28th

Important: Schedules may change. Please turn notifications ON in Member Services and/or check schedules again before the first night of the Session league play.

Not Returning for New Session or Moving Nights

Teams that have not already communicated they are not returning (or moving) and fail to email
sandiego@apaleagues.com by:

  • Thurs, Apr 23rd (Wed-Thurs divisions), or
  • Mon, Apr 27th (Sun-Tues divisions),

Will be responsible for the first night of the Session and may be subject to additional action (see bylaws). Contact the League Office if you are not sure so we can help navigate these dates.

Roster Changes for Summer

  • Once divisions are posted, teams may use Scorekeeper to make roster adjustments
(except for captain, co-captain, or singles-qualified players).
  • You may also email roster changes before the new Session begins.
After the session starts, text is ok but prior only email changes will be accepted.

Payments & Playing Ahead

  • We strongly recommend NOT paying any weeks ahead, including week 1, until the official Session schedules are posted, due to possible changes.
  • Playing a match ahead of week 1 can result in the match being invalid.

Viewing Summer 2026 Divisions in Member Services

  • In Member Services, select Summer 2026 to view the new Session divisions (default will be Spring 2026 until closed out).
  • If you don’t see your team or don’t see yourself on your expected team:
Contact your captain first. If it was an oversight, either the captain or the player may contact us to update the roster.
    • If you don't see your entire division it hasn't been posted yet, see dates above.

Need to Update Team Details?

Email sandiego@apaleagues.com with:

  • Current team name and number, Night of play, Exact changes needed

This ensures we update the correct team and division for the new Session.
