This event will use the

"BEST CHANCE" Format

(Double Elimination, 16 Players Seeded and 7 Winners per Board!) 

$65 ENTRY PER BOARD

(Includes $5 Green Fee/$20 Deposit per Board plus $45 Paid On-site)

Board 1: 8-Ball (16 players)
Board 2: 9-Ball (16 players)

Boards will be seeded by Skill Level.

The Opportunity:

Winners from this event will advance directly to the Fall Regionals in October. We are sending 14 total winners (7 per board) to the Regional Singles! Nearly half the field wins a spot.

Player Requirements:

• Format & Match Count: You must currently be on an active team in the format you are signing up for and have at least 10 matches played in that specific format.
• Continuous Play: If you win your board, you must remain on an active team in that format through the Regional event. Failure to do so will very likely disqualify you from the Regional event.
• Oct Regional Commitment: By signing up, you understand that winners will play in the Fall Singles Regionals (likely the first full weekend of October), so please do not sign up if you cannot commit to this timeframe.

Tournament Policies:

• Cancellations & Refunds: Players who back out with less than 72 hours notice to the League Office may not receive a refund. We have many players who want to participate; last-minute cancellations prevent those next in line (who may have already made other plans) from taking the spot.
• Bracket Integrity: For singles boards, last-minute vacancies can make the entire bracket ineligible per APA requirements if the spot cannot be filled before the start time.
• Attendance Standing: Players who consistently back out last minute or who start the event but do not finish may be subject to a suspension from participating in future singles boards due to the negative impact these situations create for the field.

Entry Info:

• Total Entry: $65 (Includes $5 Green Fee)
• Sign-up: CLICK HERE TO PRE-REGISTER
• Player Limit: To ensure as many players as possible have an opportunity to participate, players may only sign up for one format (either 8-ball or 9-ball).
• Seeding: The League Office and TD will attempt to separate the start of the boards by Skill Level tier. Please note that some crossover of the next Skill Level tier may occur based on the specific Skill Levels of those who sign up.

Spots are first-come, first-served! So sign up now and be sure to fill out the form and pay your entry fee to secure your spot. Failure to do both will result in not having a confirmed spot.
