Be(e) On The Lookout

Sun-Thurs Summer Divisions Are Starting Soon!

Look for an early release of all divisions starting April 18th through April 22nd starting with Mon divisions.

The purpose of posting early is to give teams the opportunity to highlight any changes, corrections, or updates.
Please note that Accounting and SLs may not be fully up to date until we post the official release shortly before the session begins.

Friendly reminder YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR HOST LOCATION AFTER THE SESSION HAS STARTED!

Please email any changes, corrections, etc (include team name/number).

Please see the dates below for key timelines leading up to the official release of division schedules.

  • Once posted if you don’t see your team and are returning let us know (early posting window above, official posting dates below).
  • If you see your team and something isn’t correct let us know.
    • Teams that don't mark their team "Not Returning" or inform the League Office are then marked as "Returning" after the regular session ends (see bylaws).
  • Teams CANNOT change host locations (read OTM under "Host Locations") if you have not notified the league office before the official schedule has been released (see dates below). Changes need to be into the league office no later than 1 day prior to the official release.
  • We will be reposting/updating these divisions again before the start to pick up any last-minute changes, misses, corrections, etc.
    • Schedules may change so be sure to turn notifications on in member services and/or check schedules before the first night of league
    • The official start of the session schedule for all divisions will be released as follows:
      • Mon divisions = 4/22 (normal Tues post day for this division)
      • Tues, Wed and Thurs divisions = 4/25 (normal Fri post day for these divisions)
      • Sun divisions = 4/29 (normal Tues post day for this division)
      • Teams that haven't already communicated they are not returning through the correct channels and don't send an email (sandiego@apaleagues.com) indicating they are dropping by 4/21 (Mon divisions), 4/24 (Tues-Thurs divisions) or 4/28 (Sun divisions) will be responsible for the 1st night of league and subject to other action.
  • Teams can use scorekeeper to make roster changes (except captain, co-captain or singles qualified players) once divisions are posted.
    • You can also send those changes to the league office if preferred (via email).
    • We recommend teams don't pay any weeks including week 1 ahead of time until the official start of the session schedule is posted (see above) due to possible changes.
  • First night of the Summer session is Mon April 28th which will be posted first, all other nights will follow.

Please send an email (sandiego@apaleagues.com) with any updates, please include all necessary details so we ensure to make the right changes.

*In member services you will need to select Summer 2025 to see these released divisions (see above for when divisions will be released). If you don't see your team or that you are on your expected team please contact your captain. If they confirm it was an oversight either the captain or player can contact us to update the roster or scorekeeper can be used in most cases as well.
