Rule of the Week - Roster Change

March 28, 2025 5:36 PM

by San Diego APA

Situation: We are in week 7 of the session and I want to change my roster, the app will not let me. What can we do?

During the Summer and Fall sessions, players may be added at any time during the regular session, except in the last four (4) weeks of the regular session.

Teams that are World Qualified (previously Cities) can change their roster only in the first (4) weeks of the Spring session. After this point qualified teams will lose their eligibility if they choose to make a change.

Teams that are not World Qualified (previously Cities) in the Spring session can change their roster except in the last four (4) weeks of the regular session.

Teams can contact the League Office to make a change or make the change through the Scorekeeper app. After week 4 of the regular session only the League Office can make roster changes. This is to protect teams from losing eligibility or changing a roster in the wrong session.
