What is a Chip Tournament???

  • In chip tournaments, each player/team starts with X number of chips based on their (combined) skill level (see flyer for assigned chip counts) and loses a chip after each loss.
  • For the first round, teams will be randomly drawn and will play one rack against each other.
  • The winner remains at the table and the next player/team is assigned from the top of the "Up Next" queue, and the cycle will repeat.
  • After someone loses a match, they will be moved to the bottom of the "Players Up Next" list. The team will lose a chip. The chip does not go to the winning team.
  • The next player waiting to play at the top of the list will be automatically assigned to the next available table that is waiting for an opponent.
  • The last player/team with chips remaining is declared the winner. Payouts will also be determined for other top-finishing teams.
