We wanted to highlight the membership dues various windows and the case in Dec where players may show as unpaid.

When you join/pay your membership:

  • Jan 1 – Aug 15th – full membership dues required (*$30) and covers the entire year.
    • Players can pay ahead of Jan 1st for the next calendar year.
  • Aug 16th – Nov 30th – full membership dues required (*$30) and covers the rest of that year. In addition, if you renew your membership before March 1st of the next year your membership dues will be prorated to *$15.
  • Dec 1st – Dec 31st – full membership (*$30) and your covered for the following year.

NOTE: Players who show unpaid in Dec can still play in that month. Scorekeeper may indicate a player isn’t eligible because they are not paid, for the month of Dec this can be ignored.

Please review the OTM (pages 16-17) as it relates to more details around Membership.
