Be(e) On The Lookout

Sun-Thurs Spring Divisions have ALL been updated!

We will continue to update divisions up to Jan 1st. Nights that start a bit later might have an additional update before they start so please keep an eye on the schedule and your team number as both could change.

The purpose of us posting early is so that teams can highlight changes, corrections, etc. Accounting and SLs may not be up to date until we post the final release just before the session starts.

Friendly reminder YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR HOST LOCATION AFTER THE SESSION HAS STARTED!

Please email or text any changes, corrections, etc (include team name/number).

  • Once posted if you don’t see your team and are returning let us know.
  • If you see your team and something isn’t correct let us know.
    • Teams that don't mark their team "Not Returning" are then marked as "Returning" after the regular session ends.
  • Teams CANNOT change host locations (read OTM page 30) if you have not notified the league office 48 hours before the date of the 1st week your division plays.
  • We will be reposting/updating these divisions again before the start to pick up any last-minute changes, misses, corrections, etc.
    • The update for all divisions will be between 12/26-12/29, we will release in order starting with Tues divisions.
    • Schedules may change so be sure to turn notifications on in member services and/or check schedules before the first night of league.
  • Teams can use scorekeeper to make roster changes (except captain, co-captain or singles qualified players) once divisions are posted.
    • You can also send those changes to the league office if preferred (via email).
  • First night of Spring session is Tuesday Jan 2nd, all other nights will follow.

Please send an email (sandiego@apaleagues.com) with any updates.

*In member services you will need to select Spring 2024 to see these released divisions. If you don't see your team or that you are on your expected team please contact your captain. If they confirm it was an oversight either the captain or player can contact us to udpate the roster or scorekeeper can be used in most cases as well.

Rule of the Week - Stalemates
5/19/25 - 5:00 pm
Situation: During our match we get to a point were neither myself nor my opponent is attempting to make a legal hit. Is this a stalemate? No, not until both players no longer make use of ball in hand does the rack become a stalemate. Meaning if at least one player is hitting the cue ball into another ball on the table even if it is not a legal hit, then the game continues. Your opponent maybe g
