All qualified players (who won a local singles board from 1/1/23 to 6/15/23) should have received a Congratulations email from the APA with information about the event. If you are opted out of emails, you will not receive these types of emails so please check your APA League App settings and check the box to OPT BACK IN!

Pockets Doors Open at 9:00 am Saturday and Sunday

9:00-9:30AM: ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK-IN ONSITE to PAY $10 GREEN FEE/ADMIN FEE

(Skill Level Certification Registration should already be done online, but we will have forms if you are unable to certify online.)

9:30 AM: MANDATORY Players Meeting, Play will Start Immediately after meeting

SCHEDULED TIMES LISTED ON CS BRACKETS ARE APPROXIMATE! Depending on player no-shows, matches may be called early, so you must be available TWO HOURS before your scheduled match, OR you must leave your cell phone number with the Tournament Directors and be within 15 minutes from the tournament site.
