ROOM CONFIRMATIONS

If you have not requested additional rooms or specified other arrangements, then the one team room is reserved with all teammates’ names so that any one team member can check-in whenever you can (starting Thurs at 3 PM, or sometimes they allow early registration at noon). Please see email for room confirmations.

REGISTRATION

On-site Registration is Thursday, October 26th from 6 PM to midnight.

OR, last-minute registration on Friday, October 27th from 8 am to 8:30 am.

Team Skill Level Certification Form—PLEASE PRINT and complete as follows:

1. ENTER YOUR TEAM NUMBER in the square at the bottom right.
2. Each player should complete their own Skill Level and sign the form.
3. If you forget, you can also get blank forms at the registration/control desk.

PLAYERS MEETING

Friday, October 27th at 8:30 AM

TOURNAMENT START and END TIMES

Round 1 starts Friday, October 27th at 9:00 AM

Final Round will be on Sunday, October 29th at ~1:00 PM

COMPUSPORT

Tournament brackets will be available sometime on Thursday evening. Please download the app to receive notifications on match times and table numbers.

MINI-TOURNAMENTS

If you are playing main SWC event, then you will be on the list of registered players that have already paid green fees. You will need to be on the list to sign up for the mini-tournaments, or if you are not in the main event, then active APA members with at least 10 lifetime matches can get on the list for $10 (table/green fees).

Mini-Tournament Schedule (approximate times):

• Thursday, 10/26: Sign-ups start at 6:00 pm, Play starts at 7-7:30 pm
• Friday, 10/27: Sign-ups start at 9:30 pm, Play starts at 10:30-11 pm
• Saturday, 10/28: Sign-ups start at 3:00 pm, Play starts at 4:30-5 pm

Mini events with Various Formats and Skill Level Tiers will be in CompuSport. Entry fees will range from $10-20 with 100% CASH PAYBACK.
