Qualify for the 2023 Doubles Championships!

Play in the new monthly doubles formats and earn a slot at the 8-Ball and/or 9-Ball Doubles Championships in Vegas! We will run two sessions in the new league year, with Playoff Winners from each session advancing straight to the Championships.

Separate 8-Ball and 9-Ball Divisions will be played as follows:

Double Headers Only Once a Month
2 Doubles Matches + 2 Singles Matches = 4 Matches Per Month!

Open to Any 2-Person Teams with starting combined Skill Cap of 10
Skill Levels based on the format being played ▪ Up to 3 Players on a roster
At least 1 Player must be on a current weekly standard 8-Ball or 9-Ball team in San Diego APA

$50 Team Fee per Month per Format ▪ Traveling Divisions (choose your home location)

Doubles Races Based on Combined Team Skill Level ▪ One Timeout per Team per Rack/Game

PLAYOFF WINNERS from each session will advance directly to the annual
APA Showdown Series Events with Entry, Green Fee and Travel Assistance to Las Vegas!

* Division Winners (1st Place/high points finishers) may advance to Championships if more slots are awarded to SDAPA.

Situation: Both players don't lag at the approx same time, is this a re-lag? No, only the following conditions will result in a re-lag: If the lagged balls make contact with each other, both players fail to strike the foot rail during the lag, or a ball stops in the jaw of a pocket, re-lag.
