Changes to Payment Options

As we get ready to start back up with league play, we'd like to make sure everyone is up to date on how to download and submit score sheets and how to submit payments . While we are working towards Electronic Scorekeeping, we are not quite there yet and will be continuing with making score sheets available for you to print and email back for the remainder of this session. We hope to have some Electronic Scorekeeping test divsions going next session and if that's successful, to introduce it leaguewide the following session. But until then, we will continue with score sheet downloads.

There are basically 4 different categories of payments that can be made to the League Office, 1. Membership Payments; 2. Weekly Team Fees; 3. Playoff Fees; and 4. Tournament Entry Fees. We have made some minor, but hopefully valuable changes to the way we accept payments. The most valuable change is that you can now pay your weekly league fees directly through the APA app and we no longer have to direct you to a separate website. We still accept several other forms of payment in the League Office, however certain forms may not be allowed for every category. We have put together a page on our website that fully explains all the different categories and which forms of payment are acceptable for each. We have also created a handy chart to help you determine which forms of payment you'd prefer to use for your transactions.

Please review the Score sheets and Payments page before making your payments and bookmark the page for easy reference!

We hope you find having the ability to pay your weekly team fees directly through the APA app makes things a little easier for all of you! 😎
