TEAM CAPTAINS CHAMPIONSHIP VEGAS QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT

Sign-ins start @ 8:00 A.M. Matches start @ 9:00 A.M.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED 

$100/team entry fee due by May 22, 2019

 A maximum of 5 players allowed on roster 

Participants must be the TEAM CAPTAIN of a 2018 Fall Session, a 2019 Spring Session AND a 2019 Summer Session OCAPA standard 8-Ball, standard 9-Ball or Ladies 8-Ball team 

Participants must have a minimum of 20 scores within the last two years in at least one of the formats listed above 

Teams may choose any 3 of the 5 members to participate in each match 

The total of the skill levels of the 3 players fielded in any team match cannot exceed 15 

A player's highest skill level between formats (8-Ball & 9-Ball) must be used towards the 15-Rule with the exception that 9-Ball skill level 8/9's will count as a 7 in this tournament 

Only one player of a skill level 6 or higher may play in any given match 

Players may only participate on one team 

One time out per player per game will be allowed 

Alternate between 8-Ball and 9-Ball racks, starting with 8-Ball
