Doors open at 11am

Tournament will begin at 12pm sharp.

We will be accepting up to 16 entrants in both 8 Ball & 9 Ball.

The formats will be separated into either 8 or 16-player brackets, dependent on the number of entries, and will be played in a Singles Board.  This is a Double Elimination tournament.  We will be advancing up to 7 players in EACH format to the Spring 2026 Regionals event for an opportunity to play in Las Vegas as a single player in April/May 2026.

ANY DIVISION MVP in the top 3 spots is eligible to enter.

The brackets MUST be filled to either 8 or 16 players max (no BYES).

The brackets will be seeded from lowest skill level to highest so that players of similar skill levels will be competing early in the competition.  Winners will emerge as soon as the 2nd round and continue until all slots are awarded.  If you are playing to the end of the tournament, please expect to be playing into early evening.

Since this is a tournament to advance players to the Poolplayers Championship in Las Vegas, all players must meet the Singles program eligibility requirements.  This includes, but is not limited to, a minimum of 10 matches in the last 2 years in the format you're competing in AND currently active on a team in that same format.  If you win a spot in Regionals, you will also need to remain active throughout the process.  Masters "only" players do not qualify.

To confirm your spot, you must Zelle $20 ($40 if qualified for both formats) to 214-281-6650.  You will be added to the list upon sign up, but if you are unable to pay your $20 until later, someone who signs up after you and pays will take your place and you can be bumped to a waiting list.
