For those of you who dont know, we have 2 sets of rules, the official team manual which covers game rules, and Local Bylaws which covers our area specific procedures and modified rules. For Example the Replay Rule which we offer here but other league area's do not allow. Every Player should know and be up to date on our local bylaws. There are no excuses for not knowing them.
