For those of you who dont know, we have 2 sets of rules, the official team manual which covers game rules, and Local Bylaws which covers our area specific procedures and modified rules. For Example the Replay Rule which we offer here but other league area's do not allow.

Every Player should know and be up to date on our local bylaws. There are no excuses for not knowing them.

Also It is every player's responsibility to know where to find the official Rules. We understand not everyone is going to memorize each and every rule situatuion however we have a great resource for you, Bookmark this link Official APA Rulebook, Or in the APA app click Menu in the top left corner click "Rules" then click the link to the rules page which has an awesome keyword search function! 

Furthermore the chain of command should be as follows with regard to questions and concerns on league night.

1. Look up the rule: if you have questions about an issue that comes up during league play, pause the match and simply look up the rule. the link we provided and the rules section in the member services app allows you to search for a situation instantly. 
2. Contact Division Rep: If you cannot find the answer you are looking for or the situation requires further clarification, contact your division rep. All division reps can be found in the scorekeeper app for your night of play.
3. League Office: If the Division Rep cannot answer the question they will reach out to the League Office to get clarification. 
4. Contact us During Office Hours: In the Event Office Staff is unavailble, work best with The Division Rep and your opponent to come to with a solution. Then reach out to the Office the next day during office hours we will work out any concerns you have had.
