All Players should have the APA Mobile App and Scorekeeper App, if your teammate does not have the these please help them get connected. These App's are very convenient tools for all members, simply download it on the app store and claim your account!

  1. Annual Memberships must be paid before the end of the 4th week or you will be dropped! Brand New Players must Sign up at poolplayers.com before they can join any team!
  2. Bonus points will be lost for any team fee’s past due or paperwork not submitted on time. Teams have up to 2 days after play to submit payment or else it will be marked late.
  3. Any Forfeit Matches are still full team fee’s and must be paid on or before the next scheduled match date or bonus points will be lost and past due procedures will apply. 
  4. Changes may be made to team rosters during the first 4 weeks of play without prior approval from the office. You can do this yourself on scorekeeper app! *All New players to the APA must be a paid member before they can be added to your roster!
  5. Our Local By-Laws are available for everyone to read on the APA member services app as soon as you open it up just click the Northeast Mass APA PDF button 
  6. We have all heard it before "this has been a rule since i started playing!" not sure about that? Well we now have an online Team Manual with a terrific search function please click --> APA Team Manual and bookmark it for quick reference!
  7. Division reps are your go to for league related questions during league play, please utilize your Division reps if needed!
  8. All Players MUST have 4 matches played with their team to be eligible for playoffs, Tri-Annual, Best of the Rest and World Qualifier. All new players must have 10 matches Lifetime played in that format by the end of the spring session (Tri-Annual does not count towards this requirement) to be eligible for World Qualifier.
  9. Makeup Matches: Any and all Makeup Matches must be approved by the League Office! If you do not get a makeup approved beforehand you run the risk of it being marked as a double forfiet! We do not approve makeup matches for teams not having enough players or certain players available. However Teams participating in Pre Approved League events such as but not limited to Tri-Annual, World Qualifiers, Best of the Rest and other league functions must be honored by the opposing team if requested. Holidays which have scheduled matches may also be requested and must be honored by the opposing team.

Wild Card Draw is weighted based on final division standings, for example:

  1. Last place team recieved 1 entry
  2. 2nd to last place team will recieve 2 entries
  3. 3rd to last place team will recieve 3 entries and so on.

 2nd vs. WC 

 3rd vs. 4th Place

Winner's Advances to the Tri-Annual

12 to 14 Team Divisions

1st direct to Tri-Annual 

2nd direct to Tri-Annual

 3rd vs. WC 

 4 vs. 5th Place

15 & 16 Team Divisions

1st direct to Tri-Annual

All Point leaders at the end of the session are considered division champions and will recieve division champion awards at Tri-Annuals.
