Team B: Rob Bell Played 3 Matches = Ineligble for Fall Playoffs
Rob CAN play Playoffs with Team A but NOT with Team B in this scenario

Example 1: Rob Bell is brand new player that joined in the Fall Session
Rob plays 4 matches in the Fall

in this example Rob is not eligble for World Qualfier because he is not an established player with 10 lifetime matches as he only played 9 matches by the end of the spring session.
Example 2: Rob Bell is returning player that joined in the Spring Session and played 3 matches previously a few years ago for one session and did not continue
Rob plays 5 matches in the Spring
in this example Rob is not eligble for World Qualfier because he is not an established player with 10 lifetime matches as he only has a total of 8 matches played lifetime.
