All teams will be required to utilize the attached Google link in order to select your date of choice for the Spring Tri Annual. YOU CAN NOT CLICK ON THE LINK IN THIS FORM, you will have to copy and paste it OR refer to the FB post and link to the form via Facebook.

Emails and texts will not be accepted and you will be directed to utilize the attached link.

All teams MUST have their date chosen no later than September 5. There are team limits set for each date and should that day be "full", the Google form will direct you to choose a different date. In addition, immediately following the form submission, Google will show you a message stating that your entry has been received AND you will receive a copy of your answers. Please refrain from emailing us asking if we received your response.

Important Roster/Team Registration Information All team registrations are due by August 22, 2025, in order to receive your roster bonus for the Fall. If you are an active team who is changing locations or divisions, we need to know that by Aug 22 as well.
