Important Roster/Team Registration Information

All team registrations are due by August 22, 2025, in order to receive your roster bonus for the Fall. If you are an active team who is changing locations or divisions, we need to know that by Aug 22 as well. We are not concerned with rosters changes at this point, we just need to know if your team is returning and where you will be shooting out of in order to create schedules. Once that is complete, you will see the rosters released to Score Keeper and at that point, you will be able to make your roster changes.

Existing Teams- Please be sure to click the box in Score Keeper stating that your team will be returning Fall Session

New/Returning Teams-Please email us with your team info (location, night of play, captains name, team name and roster).

Please do not be concerned with updating rosters UNTIL score sheets for Fall are released. At that point, you are able to add and remove players yourself. There are a few exceptions to this so if you run into issues, feel free to email us (changing captains and co captains, removing a singles qualified player, etc…).

Teams adding brand new APA shooters-please have your players go to poolplayers.com and create/pay for their account. You will then be able to add them to the roster in SK, once score sheets for Fall Week 1 are released.
