Breaking down your cue early IS NOT a loss of game. It COULD be considered a sportsmanship violation depending on the circumstances and manner in which the cue is broken down, but in general, there is no penalty for breaking down your cue early. Breaking and when the break goes to the opponent: We have posted this rule ad nauseam. Please read pg 45 of the OTM for clarification but in the simplest
