Important Public Hearing for Fairway Billiards Reopening We want to ensure that all members of the Oswego/Fulton area UpState APA pool league are informed about a crucial public hearing regarding Kim Gibbs' plans to reopen Fairway Billiards in Granby. The venue will have new ownership and a new name. If you haven't heard, the hearing is set for Wednesday, April 1st, at 7 PM at the Granby Town Hall
