    Team deposits Due
    $500 for each Team – 8B, 9B, Ladies, Masters & Triple Play
    $100 for each J&J Doubles and Senior Doubles

    EXTRA ROOMS REQUESTS ARE DUE AT THIS TIME! BASED ON AVAILABILITY!
  2. March 27, 2026
    Final FULL team slot payments due for all slots.
  3. May 15, 2026
    Nexus will be open to start loading teams.
  4. June 7, 2026
    Rooming lists due
    Changes for names can be made to rooms after they are submitted up until June 28th. Any hotel changes after June 28th will result in a $25 change fee.
  5. June 26, 2026
    Tournaments will be pulled to be loaded into Compusport – rosters will be emailed to LO’s
  6. July 3, 2026
    Final day for all players to have their 20 scores in.
  7. July 9, 2026
    Tournament will be pulled for the final time
    NO CHANGES TO ANY 8B, 9B & LADIES TEAMS AFTER THIS DATE!
  8. Awarded spots are non-refundable.

Patches Distribution
3/28/26 - 9:00 pm
Delco teams: Patches will be available tomorrow, 3/28, from 6-7pm @ Tumble. Salem teams: Patches will be available Friday, 4/3, from 6:30-7:30pm @ AJs. Pathes are always given out for the MONTH BEFORE THE CURRENT. If you earned a patch in March, that will NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL SOMETIME IN APRIL.
