2. In some cases, Captain's have been suspended until balances are paid in full.

Past Due weekly team fees have had an invoice sent to the Captain's email address on file with National. Please check spam/junk if you aren't seeing it. In some cases, Captains have been suspended and players have $ listed next to their name for their portion.
