Teams were given a form when photos were taken at Harrah's in Sept. The form explained the 50% rule to stay qualified for WQ and EVERY player of the team is required to sign. 

THIS PHYSICAL FORM MUST BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE NO LATER 10/31/25 OR YOUR TEAM WILL LOSE ITS' WQ QUALIFIED SPOT!

As of 12:01AM Saturday, 9/27, any player who has a past due and shoots a match will forfeit all matches. All have had contact with the office (emails, calls, texts, etc). Balances show on both the app, name on scorekeeper, emails, text messages, etc., Many have an invoice that has gone to their email that's on file with Nat'l (check junk/spam folders too) If any player has a question, please call
