Payment options for the Spring Session 2025

Teams pay their dues electronically on either the APA Pool League app or on the APA Scorekeeper app. Those that want to pay up front and reduce your fees a little this is for you!!!

If your team wishes to pay in advance you will get a discount!!!!

Spring session is 14 weeks long and you do not pay for byes.

• If your team would like to pay the entire session of fees upfront you would pay $605
• If your team has 1 bye you pay for 13 weeks: $560
• If your team has 2 byes you pay for 12 weeks: $520
• If your team has 3 byes you pay for 11 weeks: $480
• If your team has 4 byes you pay for 10 weeks: $435
• If you are in a Double Jeopardy league this number is doubled to pay for both 8 and 9 Ball.
• Payment must be received by the office by the end of the December.

Conditions on payments:

• Payments must be made by either Cash, Check or Money Order ONLY (No electronic payments)
• These fees are for regular session weeks ONLY, this does NOT include playoffs
• All Fees are subject to change if the byes are filled.
• If any of the fees are late you will revert back to weekly electronic payments immediately.

You MUST notify the League Office if you plan on doing the pre payment option
